Carl R. Rogers
My experience enables me to offer practical, individualised psychological care. I support people who may be experiencing Bereavement or a loss, along with helping people who are experiencing Trauma. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to discuss and explore any feelings you may have, and support you in moving forward in a way that suits you.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral, safe space, listening to your concerns, utilising talking therapies, and customising a treatment plan. Sessions are offered online or by telephone.
I promise to be there for you at every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to achieve your desired life outcomes.
I am a qualified person-centred and psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I have a BSc (Hons) Degree in Counselling, Specialising in Grief, Loss, and Trauma. I have also completed an MSc in Psychology, with a focus on Mental Health and Wellbeing, and I am a registered postgraduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). For years, I have worked for a bereavement service based within a hospice and have undertaken extra training to specialise in these areas. I have also undertaken specific training to work online and by telephone.
