Specialist counselling support
My experience enables me to offer practical, individualized psychological care. I support people who may be experiencing Bereavement or a loss, along with supporting people who are experiencing Trauma. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss and explore any feelings you may have and support you with moving forward in a way that suits you.
Support offered
My focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral, safe space, listening to your concerns, utilising talking therapies, and customising a treatment plan. Sessions are offered online or by telephone.

About me
I am a qualified person-centred and psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I have a BSc (Hons) Degree in Counselling and Specialise in Grief, Loss, and Trauma. I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP). For years, I have worked for a bereavement service based within a hospice and have undertaken extra training to specialise in these areas. I have also undertaken specific training to work online and by telephone. I am currently studying for my MSc in psychology, mental health and well-being,
